I'm having a lot of trouble with my weight? - can you get in trouble for visiting websites

I used to shoot a lot and had a very healthy diet. Now I have a child and a friend in my life. After I became pregnant, I gained a little weight (s) than normal. I have a terrible time to lose. In fact, I gained 70 pounds my weight before pregnancy. It is depressing to stand before the mirror. I have many problems of the relationship, and I think I am the food supply of the drug. Any advice to change my way of thinking? I'm overwhelmed, wondering whether to start a good way to win. Any good websites you can visit to my ideas and keep me on the right track?
